The videos are stalling or freezing
If the video is available but playback is slowing or stalling, we recommend trying again later or taking these steps to ensure your browser is not preventing the video from playing. The stalling may be temporary.
If your internet bandwidth cannot stream the video smoothly, you can download the video or its video transcript to review on your computer.

If the problem with video playback stalling persists after some time has passed, you can report this to edX Support with details about the browser and operating system you're using.

Download the video or video transcript
If the video is available for download, below the video player there will be a link Download video file. If the video's transcripts are available for download, below the video player there will be links Download SubRip (.srt) file or Download Text (.txt) file.
If any of these download links are available, you can click them to download the file to your computer. Then you can watch the video or read the video's transcript on your computer.
