Course Completion Chart
The Course Completion radius chart available Progress page represents how much of the course content has a green checkmark. That's not just graded assignments, but also readings, videos, or practice assignments.
Course Completion is not required to earn a certificate. Certificates are awarded based on your Grades in the course. The Completion Chart status only shows to you and doesn't display on the verified certificate you'll earn or elsewhere.
Did I miss anything in the course?
You can check the Course tab and click the Expand all button to display every section in the course. In most cases, you might have not watched an entire video, or skipped some optional content.
If you're a perfectionist, try reviewing any unchecked sections to ensure:
- you've watched the entire video
- you've submitted answers to all graded assessments - if you're enrolled in the free audit track, upgrade to the verified track for access
- you've received a grade on any open response assessment
Did I miss any assignments?
You can check the Dates tab to confirm that you've completed all the graded assignments that count towards the certificate. Any section that features graded work will show Completed if you've submitted all graded work and reviewed all content in that section.
If you're enrolled in the free audit track, assignments may be locked: Read more here.
If you're enrolled in the paid verified track, any graded assignment you haven't submitted - or any open response assessment where you don't have a grade yet - may show Due next or Past Due.
If your course is instructor-paced, these assignments may show Not yet released.
