Photo verification can be completed on most computers or mobile devices with an up to date browser. If you run into issues or see an error here are some tips:
- Switch browsers to a current version of Chrome or Firefox (If you are using one please try the other).
- Watch for a message to appear at the top of the screen asking you to allow access to your webcam.
- Try an alternate internet connection. Some secure network connections, such as the internet connection in a place of employment, block users from uploading their photos successfully.
- If you continue to have trouble, we recommend using a different computer or device to submit your photos, then return to your computer to take the course.
