How do I change my name on my account?

You can change your name on the account settings page. After you sign in, click the arrow next to your username (in the top corner), and then select Account.

The menu that appears when you select the dropdown icon next to your name, with the Account option indicated.

You change your name in the Full Name field.

  • The certificates that you earn are issued to your full name.
  • The name on your government-issued ID must match your full name when you verify your identity.

To save your changes after you edit your name, click anywhere on the page outside of the Full Name field.
