If you have reached a passing score on your Progress page in the course and are in the verified track, and photo verified, congratulations on earning a verified certificate!
For self-paced courses
Most self-paced courses now automatically issue certificates for verified learners as soon as they reach a passing score. When the certificate is ready, links to view the certificate are visible on your dashboard and on the course Progress page.
Other self-paced courses, including CS50x, generate verified certificates for passing students monthly.
When your certificate becomes available, View Certificate option is visible on your dashboard and the course Progress page. Select View Certificate to open the certificate in your browser.
For instructor-paced courses
For instructor-paced courses (courses that release materials weekly on a set schedule), certificates are generated automatically a few days after the course end date for all students who are in the verified track and have earned a passing score in the course. You can see the expected date on the right side of the Course tab within the course:
What if I do not see my certificate?
Double check the Progress tab in your course to make sure that your Total score meets or exceeds the passing line.
If you do not have a passing score and the course has not ended, you may be able to complete more assignments in the course to raise your grade. If you have questions, please post on the course discussion forum where your course staff can help.
