All edX courses have discussion forums where you can chat with and help other learners within the framework of the honor code. For more information, see How do course discussions work?
Your course team might also have other ways of creating communities in your course, such as a Meetup group, or a Facebook page. We don't recommend sharing personal, private information such as your phone number or mailing address in the forums.
Some courses include team projects, which you complete by working in small groups with other learners.
