Preparing to take a proctored exam

Before you take a proctored exam, you need to install the proctoring software on your computer, take webcam photos of yourself and of a photo ID, and scan the area where you will take your exam.

Some courses offer an optional practice proctored exam that you can take to try out the proctored exam experience. Practice proctored exams are not graded and are not reviewed. For more information, see Take a Practice Proctored Exam.

  3. Scan Your Desk and Room Using Your Webcam
  4. Take a Photo of Yourself
