If you do not have a webcam but change your name in your Account settings and are prompted to complete ID verification, you can verify your identity using a mobile or tablet device.
To do so, please visit your Account settings page in a mobile browser on your mobile device.

If you do not own a desktop, mobile, or tablet device with a camera, you can certainly use someone else’s compatible device to verify. We recommend that you ask if your local library or internet cafe has available webcams, or borrow a computer or mobile device from a friend.
