What if I have problems with display (e.g. there are tools missing from the course display, or I am unable to view a video)?

  • Please check your browser and settings - JavaScript and cookies must be enabled.
  • Try clearing your browser cache. Sometimes older cached data can cause issues You can find instructions on how to clear your browser's cache in the links below:

  • If you are using a different browser and having issues, we recommend downloading and using the current version of either Firefox or Chrome.

For videos, as an alternative many courses offer a video download option. Look below the video window and you will see a Download video button. Click this and then after the download finishes you will be able to play the videos from your computer.
