Before you take a proctored exam, you must install the 3rd party software that allows monitoring of your computer during the exam. You will also need a functioning webcam, so that you can take photos of yourself and a photo ID, and scan the room where you will take the exam.
When you take the exam, you must follow a set of defined rules, and must not engage in any behavior that the proctoring review considers suspicious. Be sure to review the exam information within your course, as some courses have different allowances or restrictions for proctored exams.
